This little cheese is Breton !
Actually, it is a small Timadeuc Trappist cheese rubbed with a nut liqueur based on a recipe of the monks from the Abbey of Echourgnac. This small tomme (small, pressed cheese of all typed of milk) has a very soft pate and is ivory white in colour, with a brown rind, due to the rubbing with nut liqueur. It has a strong, nutty flavour and its fragrance fills the palate ! A real pleasure.

Farm-made cheese with masturized cheese.

Fat Content: 50%
Dry Matter of Total Fat: 27%
