Goat's milk cheese with pepper

A well drained, very fresh goat's milk cheese, which we carefully roll in a mixture of peppers.
Its pate is delicate and brims over with whey, making it soft and smooth. The addition of pepper causes it to have a coarse, fresh and pleasing taste.

Cheese made with raw milk.
